Ellen is a lifelong member of Temple Mount Sinai and our third grade teacher.  Her family members are among the founders of the congregation.  Ellen is deeply involved in Temple life, serving as a Vice President of the congregation and as a Sh'lichat Kehillah ("synagogue associate"), leading services and life-cycle events.  She taught first grade Judaic at the El Paso Jewish Academy for eight years, and also taught ninth grade at Temple.
